August 2020 Round up
Welcome to my blog! Starting off with a review of August, yes we are almost halfway into September..then I will TRY for weekly blog posts.
STILLWATERS OFFROAD RANCH
SWR is a gaming Ranch in Llano, TX that opens up a few times a year to off-roaders. It has been my favorite offroad trip thus far, I’ve been twice this Summer.
I highly recommend you visit when they are open in 2021. For the last day they were open in 2021, a group of us headed out there. It is non stop challenges for your Jeep, even the ranch roads are so much fun! My favorite trails are Tippy Toe and Jaws II.

PRODUCTS I TESTED OUT
Chemical Guys Orange Degreaser - I initially bought this for my engine, but I decided to try it out on my tires. OH MY GOSH, you don’t even have to scrub, the dirt just falls off.
Chemical Guys Barebones - I am going to purchase the 128oz of this because this stuff is so GOOD! I clean all the springs and black areas of the Jeep and it repels dust. I also found that it cleans my Artec Inner Fenders pretty well also.
Iron Removing Spray Clay - I spray this on the Jeep right before I hit it with the Torq Machine
Chemical Guys - V LINE POLISH & COMPOUND KIT FOR LIGHT TO HEAVY SWIRLS & SCRATCHES - Still playing around with these - do not know how I feel about them just yet - I’m sure they are awesome though.
Cutting into the Jeep!
If you have any sort of love for your Jeep then you would know that this was a very hard but necessary thing for me to do. The last offroading trip, the tires were rubbing into the wheel well so needed to cut it off for the next trip.
Products used:
Harbor Freight Angle Grinder
Metal cut off wheels
Your Jeep
A pen to mark the area you’re going to cut
Painters Tape
JB Weld
Spray Paint in the color of your Jeep
That’s it for August!
Thank you for reading, see you guys soon!
